30-Day Guarantee: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your TrueView gear. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it.

Unused and in its original packaging.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues: Inspect your order upon reception. If the camera is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Refunds: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
